Private tuition utilizing the Pilates & I Tonic equipment and props to give a tough muscle toning, waist-reducing workout. This program is paid in full in advance
A new comprehensive and intense muscle conditioning & sculpting workout out using specialized Pilates machines - spark a new passion for fitness with this fantastic class
Our private sessions are designed to provide high quality personal Pilates Fitness. You will begin with an evaluation session , with an overview of the fundamentals of Pilates (core connection & breathing) and an introduction to the equipment used. This is then followed by a series of 8 private sessions during which your personal program is developed. Optimal results will be maintained with a regular schedule of at least 2 sessions per week.
"Open Studio Training" is available to BODYFIRM Pilates clients who have completed their Initial Consultation Series. Clients may work out on a Reformer on their own for a fee, reformers can be booked from 10am to 5pm by appointment - while we feel working with an instructor is always preferable, Open Training is an ideal way to get in another workout during the week
BODYFIRM Studios have developed a unique treatment program designed to assist in the stabilization and mobilization of the spine, pelvis and lumber pelvic hip complex. Programs relating to other joint injuries / dysfunctions and muscular-skeletal issues are also available.
The treatment plan consists of a consultation, and a mix of Physical treatments i.e. Deep Massage, Fascial or Bowen & Pilates treatments, designed around functional movement, to address muscular skeletal imbalances, to improve posture, to aid in the reduction of pain and assist in the activities of daily living.
We offer Private attention for those persons recommended to Pilates for various postural & injury issues you will begin with an evaluation session and a series of 8 private sessions during which your personal program is developed
Therapeutic Specific Pilates classes (small numbers) are also available for those who need to continue with their training - class exercise selection and pace suitable for those who in post rehab
Pilates for Pregnancy - a gentle and effective technique for exercise pre and post birth with the emphasis on spinal stabilization, pelvic floor control, breathing and posture, make it an ideal exercise partner for the new mum or indeed the mum to be. These programs will take into account the many changes that happen to the body during pregnancy.
