A thourghly enjoyable 4 days. I learned more than I could have hoped for within a welcoming and relaxed environment - extremely hard work, lead by a masterful teacher, who I feel has a touch of 'guru' about her. I could have done this training in London, however, I am so glad I made the journey to Dublin. Very worthwhile.

'The golf Pilates workshops was unmissable, I have no clients that play golf but still found the information and exercises excellent. There where some brilliant easy to use tools that you could apply to many sports or general assessments. If you have the time don't miss the next workshop' ....Mathew (dublin )
